II. Training and retraining of teachers per year while creating elaborate incentive schemes to attract the best and brightest to teach in our primary and secondary schools.
III. Improved management of our schools through excellent administration of the education system for pupils and students to study under trained and motivated teachers.
IV. Full implementation and enforcement of the provisions of the Universal Basic Education Act with emphasis on gender equality at all levels.
V. Allocate sufficient resources for infrastructure, so that every school will have basic resources and services such as safe classrooms, water electricity, sanitation, libraries, laboratories and use of Information Technology to enhance learning.
VI. Rewarding Excellence by focusing on accountability for teachers and principals, measuring performance and rewarding schools, teachers and principals who deliver excellent outcomes in terms of academic standards and performances.
VII. Promote Vocational and Technical Education through establishing more institutions in the three geopolitical zones. This is in addition to consolidating and transforming the oldest Government Technical Colleges in Bukuru and Pankshin into model institutions for the common good.
VIII. Adequate support system by ensuring appropriate support for students with support for students with special needs (physically challenged) and those at risk of falling behind or dropping out of school.
IX. Review mechanisms of awarding Scholarships/Grants to deserving Plateau indigenes, without discrimination, to pursue undergraduate studies at home and Post Graduate/Doctoral Studies both at home and abroad.
X. Free payment of all NECO, NABTEC and SSCE registration fees for indigent Plateau State Students.
